We began with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and that's still how we operate. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own property. We're a family operation, so when something isn't right, it falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
